3mbps Upload Speed but Only Get 1.5

This is weird. My download speed is limited to 3mbps in download only 20mpbs upload in wired connection through ethernet. But when I connect through wireless my download and upload speed is 20mbps. I want to connect through wired because of gaming, information technology has lower ping than wireless. Delight help.

if y'all have an older router make sure the firmware is updated. in the router setting there are setting for how much badwith each user gets see what that fix for. if there no change plug the modem into the pc run across if you get the right speed. if non run malware byte browse. on some programs like nvidia and amd they can human activity like malware. use msconfig plow off everything in startup see if anything changes.

bad wire mayhap? or a configuration that is messed up on the router? OR something similar the driver messed up on your calculator.. IF possible other and so trying a dissimilar cable try a different computer.. and update your nic card drivers.. that may fix the issue.

Thanks for reply. Already tried it on a different computer problem is still there. I don't think its the wire because the upload speed reaches 20mbps.
